Job description

Description

The Club at Rolling Hills is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and like seeing the results of your efforts each day, we'd love to have you on board to help us finish the season.

Thanks to a significant investment from our membership, we completed a major bunker renovation this spring-making this an exciting opportunity to be part of the team as we fine tune the course's new features. Employees will be trained by our experienced maintenance staff and assist with daily tasks including bunker raking, string trimming, hand-watering, mowing (greens, fairways, rough, etc.), and other landscaping-related duties. Previous golf course, landscaping, or irrigation experience is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training on all equipment and practices will be provided.

Located in Golden, Colorado, the club sits along the base of South Table Mountain, offering a beautiful mountain setting. Team members will work both independently and collaboratively. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check. As a private club with frequent member interaction, employees are expected to maintain a positive attitude, wear the team uniform, and present themselves professionally at all times.

Employee perks include staff shirts and hats, complimentary lunch provided by the clubhouse kitchen Tuesday-Thursday, and golf privileges based on performance and tee time availability. Join our hardworking, energetic team and enjoy rewarding work in the Colorado outdoors.

Hourly pay: $18.00-$23.00, based on experience and qualifications.

This job ends in the fall; timing will depend on the weather.

Requirements

Background check and a valid driver's license are required for employment.

Employees are frequently lifting and moving heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).Â
