We are expanding our cleared recruiting partnerships and seeking 1 to 2 experienced recruiters who specialize in TS/SCI Full Scope talent.

This is not a general recruitment role. This is a high-impact opportunity for recruiters who are already embedded in the cleared technical community and maintain active relationships with senior-level cleared professionals.

Focus Areas

*Senior Systems Administrators

*Systems Engineers

*Infrastructure and Platform Engineers

*Other high-level cleared technical roles

Clearance Requirements for all positions require TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

What We Are Looking For

*Demonstrated experience placing TS/SCI candidates

*Strong familiarity with Full Scope Poly requirements

*Established, active network within the cleared community

*Ability to generate qualified introductions within 14 days

*Comfortable operating independently

*Urgency-driven and highly responsive

Compensation Structure

*1099 Independent Contractor

*Flat rate tiers based on urgency:
