CDL-A Independent Contractor โ€“ OTR Reefer, Percentage Pay

IWX Motor Freight is urgently hiring CDL-A independent contractors for OTR reefer freight running primarily through the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast, with opportunities to run West.

You'll earn percentage pay instead of mileage pay, keep 100% of the fuel surcharge, and choose your own loads. It's a setup built for contractors who want to run their own business, backed by a carrier team that understands life on the road.
