Maintenance Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Serve as the primary point of contact for all equipment-related concerns in ACH and ETI, including both preventive and reactive maintenance. Ensure timely and effective resolution of all equipment issues.
•Collaborate with associates, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process and equipment problems.
•Identify and procure parts, supplies, and repair items as needed; evaluate alternatives to improve cost efficiency and equipment reliability.
•Utilize the maintenance management system (Fiix) to create, track, and manage work orders.
•Support building and facility maintenance, including basic mechanical, air, and HVAC systems; coordinate with external contractors for quoting, repairs, and follow-up.
•Coordinate annual fire inspections with the FAFD.
•Complete required regulatory reports, including EPA Form R (Lead reporting), and ensure compliance with local and state requirements.
•Partner with Operations and Engineering to investigate and resolve equipment-related variances.
•Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
•Maintain compliance with current ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.
•Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
•High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or formal training preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic electrical schematics.
•Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform repairs independently.
•Hands-on experience with automated equipment and robotics, as well as basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
