Collective Wellness is an elevated wellness and aesthetics practice opening in Little Rock, Arkansas, focused on creating a modern, patient-centered experience rooted in confidence, wellness, education, and long-term relationships.
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. This provider will play an important role in helping shape the aesthetics side of the practice while delivering safe, thoughtful, and natural-looking results for our patients.
We are looking for someone who values artistry, patient relationships, continued education, and an elevated patient experience. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, collaborative, and passionate about aesthetics and patient care.
Responsibilities Include
(1) Conducting aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
(2) Performing aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers within scope and training
(3) Educating patients regarding treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and long-term treatment planning
(4) Assessing facial anatomy and creating individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
(5) Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation within the EMR system
(6) Following all safety protocols, medical guidelines, and infection control standards
(7) Building and maintaining strong patient relationships through professionalism, communication, and trust
(8) Collaborating closely with the Collective Wellness team to create an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
(1) Active RN or APRN license in the State of Arkansas
(2) Experience in aesthetic injectables preferred
(3) Knowledge of facial anatomy, vascular safety, and aesthetic treatment planning
(4) Strong communication and patient relationship skills
(5) Ability to work independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment
(6) Passion for continued education, growth, and aesthetic medicine
(7) Experience with wellness or regenerative medicine is a plus, but not required
