Location: 124 Pointsett Hwy. Greenville, SC 29609
Day Shift Work Hours: 7am - 3:30pm M-F, with expected additional hours/weekends mandatory.
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr based on skills and experience
What we are looking for:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the efforts of mail production and disposing of materials in the plant. They are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective processing and shipment of produced mail to regional mail distribution centers. This helps to control inventory of company and client owned components to eliminate inventory variances.
What you'll be doing:
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials in DirectLink according to company standards.
  • Pull, stage, and deliver materials to the appropriate Print and Lettershop production areas.
  • Review and understand the production schedule to proactively locate and stage materials for upcoming jobs.
  • Load and unload trucks, including USPS mail, drop shipments, production materials, and recycled products.
  • Count, reconcile, and return unused materials from completed production jobs to the appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
  • Use DirectLink to locate, receive, track, and manage materials and inventory.
  • Ensure all stock and materials are properly received, labeled, stored, and accounted for.
  • Perform daily warehouse shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors and arrange freight shipments as needed.
  • Create purchase orders for shipments and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Complete daily shipping functions, inventory control, purchase orders, and expense tracking using company systems.
  • Operate forklifts and other company-owned warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Drive a 26-foot box truck to local locations for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and material staging areas.
  • Follow established safety procedures and actively participate in company safety initiatives.
Who you are:
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to consistent attendance.
  • Experience with inventory management, material handling, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to safely move and handle large, heavy pallets and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, tracking, and organizing materials.
  • Able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Work Environment: Indoor, temperature controlled, production facility.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to be able to stand, walk, stoop for at least 12 hours/day
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
