Before stepping into agency ownership, I attended aviation school in Daytona Beach and built my career in the aviation industry with an international airline. One of the most exciting parts of that role was traveling to help launch new airline locations - an experience that taught me how to lead, adapt quickly, and stay focused on people and service no matter the environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lateef Kirsten - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
