Job Description:
We are seeking a Java Angular FullStack Technology Lead with over 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading complex enterprise applications using Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Angular, DevOps practices, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and other modern technologies.
The role requires hands-on technical expertise along with strong leadership capabilities to guide teams, ensure highquality delivery, and collaborate with geographically distributed stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop highquality, secure, and scalable Microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Angular, and related technologies.
  • Implement and advocate for DevOps best practices, including Git workflows, Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Lead and manage endtoend project delivery, from requirement analysis and architecture to development, deployment, and production support.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability across all application components.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product owners, business analysts, architects, testers, and end users.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in Java development with 5+ years in Microservices architecture and distributed application development.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Frameworks, and Angular for fullstack application development. Experience in TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS, SCSS Solid experience with DevOps tools and practices: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks.
  • Handson experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
  • Experience with testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or equivalent. Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed teams.
  • Certifications in Java, Spring, or Cloud technologies (preferred).

NicetoHave Skills:
