For Project Engineering services in the Capital Projects area.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferable) with at least five (5) years of experience in Project Engineering within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Experience in:
    • Mechanical Background Preferred
    • Experience in project management
    • Experience with HVACSystems
    • Coordination of Contractor Work
    • Preparation and management of reports
    • Handling and control of work permits

  • Provide direction and regular contact to consultants, vendors, and contractors assigned to the project.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all parties.
  • Keep site management informed of all circumstances that could affect projects.
  • Prepare weekly project reports detailing project progress.
  • Review and compare discipline drawings for inconsistencies, omitted information conflicts, etc.
  • Interface between craft and engineering to resolve drawing issues.
  • Interact with disciplines: subcontracts, material management, project controls, and automation tools.
  • Coordinate system completion and turnover, requisition project materials, equipment, and services prepare quality control forms, and coordinate inspections.
