What is an independent contractor Amazon auto mechanic?

An Independent Contractor Amazon Auto Mechanic is a self-employed professional who provides automotive repair and maintenance services specifically for Amazon vehicles, such as those used in Amazon's delivery fleet. Rather than being a direct employee of Amazon, these mechanics are contracted to perform services on an as-needed basis. What are some typical challenges faced by independent contractors working as Amazon auto mechanics, and how can they be managed?

Independent contractors serving as Amazon auto mechanics often face challenges such as managing a fluctuating workload, sourcing parts efficiently, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and dispatch coordinators.
