Our thriving practice is seeking an Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality care. We welcome both new graduates and experienced professionals to bring fresh perspectives to our team. This role offers a competitive annual compensation of $200,000 - $250,000, inclusive of bonuses, with additional benefits for a well-rounded employment package.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive dental care, including exams, restorations, endodontics, and other general procedures.
Develop strong patient relationships through excellent chairside manners and clear communication.
Work collaboratively with dental staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
