EMPLOYER INFORMATION
ORGANIZATION: Care Indeed Home Health Care
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
WHY THIS ROLE
Care Indeed exists to help create a better world for seniors and their caregivers. As our Field & Community Recruiter, you are Care Indeedโs face in the community โ the person schools, religious centers, senior centers, and local organizations know by name, and the reason their referrals come to us first.
You support two pipelines: caregivers for Home Care, and students into CI Institute of Nursingโs CNA training โ where they can certify, join Home Care, and grow. Most agencies compete for finished candidates. We build ours, in person, one relationship at a time.
JOB PURPOSE
Get out into the community and build a steady, qualified talent pipeline through in-person presence: Staff tables at career and job fairs, present at CNA schools and high schools, and build lasting relationships with community organizations, and senior centers. You plan according to seasonal hiring demands โ CNA cohort start dates and caregiver hiring surges โ and you reinforce Care Indeedโs culture so every person you meet feels welcomed and proud to join.
CARE INDEED CORE VALUES
As a member of our team, you will be invited to discover your purpose at work and ways to activate that purpose to create a more fulfilling work life. We hope and believe that, as you and your colleagues learn to live and work by your purpose courageously, you will find that it lifts not only your work and your career but also the organization and the community of patients.
Recruiters must consistently demonstrate and foster the following core values behaviors during all interactions with our applicants, clients, employees, vendors, and other business partners. Core values are the key behaviors that determine our decision-making at Care Indeed.

Serve with Passion: Help First, Confident Yet Humble, For the Greater Good, Make a Real Difference
Do the Right Thing: Honest, Ethical, Tell the Truth
Do What You Say: On Time, Finish What You Start, Accountable, Take Responsibility
