Position Summary
The Client Service Advisor is a relationship-driven professional responsible for expanding client engagement and contributing to the firm's revenue growth. This role blends financial consulting with proactive business development by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to onboard prospective clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in financial services, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to match client needs with tailored financial solutions. By leveraging the firm's established expertise and resources, the Client Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering value to clients while advancing the firm's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze current client portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional financial products and services
• Develop and execute personalized strategies to deepen relationships with existing clients and drive retention
• Proactively engage in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and campaigns
• Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to assess financial goals and recommend tailored solutions
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets through new business development and client expansion
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, activity tracking, and progress toward goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and ensure consistent, high-quality client experience

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Background and Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in financial services, client relationship management, or advisory roles
• Demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition, or revenue-generating positions
Technology Expertise:
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and financial planning software
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and digital communication tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Regulatory Awareness:
• Active Series 65 license or combination of Series 7 and 66 required
• Understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and compliance with SEC/FINRA regulations
• Commitment to maintaining continuing education and staying informed on industry regulations
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
• Routine use of telephone and email.
• Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
