The Difference You Make:
The CIB Markets - Fixed Income Analyst researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.

  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and client needs to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and present insights, recommendations, and solutions that help clients address business challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support the management and growth of existing client relationships while helping to build new partnerships.
  • Prepare client materials, reports, presentations, and other business communications.
  • Contribute to project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Partner with colleagues across multiple business functions to coordinate initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to team objectives and organizational success.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1-3 years of Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.

  • Presentation and public speaking skills.

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products - Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Sales oriented, energetic, and self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve sales goals.

  • Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
  • Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

Certifications:

  • SIE, Series 7, 79, 63

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$110,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$135,000.00 USD
