Job description

Job Summary

Incident Clear is seeking reliable, safety-focused drivers to join our Courtesy Patrol team. In this role, you will assist motorists on highways and roadways by providing basic roadside assistance, traffic incident support, and promoting safe travel conditions.

This is an active, independent role ideal for someone who enjoys driving, helping others, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Ripley, WV and surrounding areas

Shift Available: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.

Pay: $12.50/ hour (based on experience + incentives).

Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned roadways to identify and respond to disabled vehicles and incidents
  • Provide roadside assistance such as:
    • Jump-starts
    • Tire changes
    • Fuel assistance
    • Minor mechanical support
  • Set up traffic control for incidents to ensure safety
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding incidents and service calls
  • Document activities accurately using company systems
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good working condition
  • Provide professional, courteous service to the public

Qualifications

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in roadside assistance, towing, EMS, fire, or law enforcement
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Traffic Incident Management (TIM) training (or willingness to obtain)

  • Night Shift 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
