They are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrative Support professional to assist the marketing team within their New York City headquarters.

Position Overview
The Front Desk Administrative Support professional will provide administrative support to the marketing team while gaining hands-on experience in a creative agency environment. This role is heavily focused on scheduling, inbox management, reception, filing, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to marketing initiatives while supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Front Desk Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
