Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Operations Management

① Supervise and optimize all inbound processes, ensuring timely receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.

② Maintain inventory records accuracy and ensure all inbound data is correctly recorded in the system.

③ Ensure inbound operations comply with company standards and safety regulations.

2. Team Management

① Lead, train, and guide the inbound team to enhance team performance and efficiency.

② Develop effective work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient team operations.

③ Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

3. Process Optimization

① Evaluate and improve inbound processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error rates.

4. Safety & Compliance

① Ensure strict adherence to safety operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize workplace incidents.

② Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.


Qualifications:

1. Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse inbound management, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.

3. Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance.
