Job description

Your position

In this role, you will support inbound logistics planning activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of raw materials, components, and packaging materials from suppliers to plants and warehouses. You will work closely with our 4PL partners to ensure reliable delivery performance, monitor logistics KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Lastly, you will be responsible for identifying and escalating delivery risks that may impact production continuity, while contributing to process improvement and logistics optimization initiatives."

Your tasks

  • Supporting inbound transportation planning and scheduling activities
  • Monitoring 4PL delivery performance and logistics KPIs to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries
  • Supporting transportation cost tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Preparing logistics reports, performance dashboards, and operational insights
  • Coordinating closely with suppliers, plants, warehouses, and logistics service providers

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Few years of experience in logistics, transportation, planning, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is preferred

Languages: English - fluent and/or German - fluent

Nice to have: Experience with 4PL platforms, transportation management systems (TMS), or other transport management software
