The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in Century's mission to help individuals overcome financial hardship and achieve long-term stability. SDRs act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building trust, gathering essential financial details, and preparing comprehensive analyses for senior sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage warm inbound leads through discovery calls to identify debt relief needs
  • Build rapport and gather key financial details to qualify opportunities
  • Prepare clear financial analyses and hand-off summaries for senior reps
  • Ensure quality hand-offs to achieve strong close rates
  • Comply with all legal and documentation standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management
