Job description

Roof Asset Management Planning, also known as RMT Roofing and Waterproofing Consultants is a consulting firm that designs and writes specifications for commercial roof systems. Along with design, we provide Quality Assurance by overseeing commercial roof installations/repairs throughout the country.

RMT is looking for a Traveling Project Manager to join our team! Are you passionate about traveling and exploring the country? In this role, you will oversee the installation/repair of various commercial roof systems across the United States, produce daily field reports, and ensure that all work aligns with the specifications.

We provide on-the-job training (roofing industry experience preferred) and offer an hourly rate of $24-$30, with opportunities for overtime. This is currently a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor ongoing roofing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to address any issues or discrepancies observed during inspections.
  • Review CAD drawings and project plans to verify that all work aligns with design specifications.
  • Take photos of daily work and develop daily field reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of observations and report findings.

Qualifications: General computer knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be on time and have reliable transportation

Must have current valid Real ID or passport OR be in the process of obtaining.
