Responsibilities
  • Adapt existing video assets for TV, Digital and Social Media channels according to client briefs, storyboards and brand guidelines.
  • Edit and assemble video materials using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Prepare localized and versioned video assets while maintaining consistency with the original creative.
  • Perform compositing tasks including masking, tracking, keying, rotoscoping and cleanup when required.
  • Ensure technical and visual quality of all delivered assets through thorough self-check and quality control.
  • Work with detailed creative briefs, production documentation and technical specifications.
  • Follow established workflows, naming conventions and delivery requirements across multiple client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Postproducers, Project Managers and other Production team members to deliver projects on time.
  • Manage multiple adaptation projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Continuously increase efficiency by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in video post-production, video adaptation, motion design or a similar production role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of video editing, compositing and post-production workflows.
  • Practical experience with tracking, masking, keying, rotoscoping, cleanup and other compositing techniques.
  • Experience working with storyboards, creative briefs and detailed production guidelines.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, composition, typography and visual consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors independently before delivery.
  • Maintain organized project files and follow established folder structures and file naming conventions.
  • Ability to accurately recreate and adapt existing creative assets rather than develop new concepts.
  • Understanding of technical specifications for TV, Digital and Social Media deliverables.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with video localization and campaign versioning.
  • Experience preparing deliverables for multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications.
  • Familiarity with broadcast-safe workflows and QC processes.
  • Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
  • Experience using templates and modular After Effects projects.
