Whether you have insurance experience or are coming from another sales or customer service role, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Insurance Agent, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while building lasting client relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Recommending personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions

  • Following up with leads, referrals, and networking opportunities

  • Growing your book of business through consultative sales

  • Providing exceptional customer service before and after the sale

  • Working toward individual and agency sales goals

  • Continuing to grow your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training
