Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Mall of America laying the foundation for our growing business.

You will be responsible for driving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction to drive results. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and motivating the team to drive results

  • Ensure sufficient day-to-day operations of the store

  • Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to the team

  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance through consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent 

  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

  • Monitor stock/spare parts levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget

  • Provide world class customer service by efficiently and effectively handling customer concerns upholding the Dream Riders brand

  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise

  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display

  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

  • Ensure completion of training requirements are met in the store and resolve issues 

  • Responsible for recruitment, interviewing and hiring for the store

  • Analyze sales, revenue reports and create forecasts

  • Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management a plus

  • Backed by 2+ years as a Store Manager or another management role

  • Able to build, coach, and retain top talent that meets sales, operational and financial performance goals
