Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Delaware

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
  • Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
  • Present financing options and close sales
  • Build lasting customer relationships
  • Participate in ongoing sales training
