  • Present meals according to hotel standards, including proper room setup, table presentation, and explanation of menu items when appropriate.

  • Anticipate guest needs by responding promptly to special requests, dietary accommodations, and service preferences.

  • Provide genuine, personalized hospitality during every guest interaction, creating memorable in-room dining experiences.

  • Handle guest concerns or service recovery situations professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of menus, daily specials, wine selections, and hotel amenities to confidently answer guest questions.

Order Preparation & Service Execution
  • Review orders for accuracy prior to delivery, ensuring all food, beverages, condiments, and accompaniments are included.

  • Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure orders are delivered promptly and meet quality standards.

  • Maintain proper food temperatures and presentation throughout transport and delivery.

  • Set up and clear in-room dining service efficiently while respecting guest privacy and maintaining discretion.
