We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Jacksonville Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a premier healthcare provider in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Registered Nurse RN with our center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of compassion, excellence, and respect.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our patients with a variety of medical conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and support to patients and their families. Your expertise and dedication will help ensure that our patients receive the best possible care in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including but not limited to, rehab, post-operative, and acute care patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor patient progress, identify and respond to changes in patient status, and adjust care plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

Requirements

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Florida
