PLUS additional Evening Shift Premium of $3.50/hr & Night Shift Premium of $2.50/hr

As a RN - Registered Nurse, you will carry out our Mission of Love by assuring care of our geriatric residents is provided in a caring, timely and appropriate manner.

Our RN - Registered Nurse is responsible for the following:

  • Demonstrate ability to effectively anticipate and identify problems, issues and opportunities; analyze their implications; and make appropriate and timely decisions based on such analyses.
  • Demonstrates the ability to participate in geriatric resident/family teaching with appropriate documentation in order to promote optimal physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
  • Communicates effectively, assertively and in a non-aggressive manner. Maintains confidentiality of staff and residents. Establishes and maintains collaborative communications with physicians, other health care professionals and facility departments.
  • Maintains standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facility and nursing department

What you Need as a RN - Registered Nurse:

  • Graduation from as accredited School of Nursing (Registered Nurse)
  • Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required.
  • CPR certification prior to or upon employment
  • Previous leadership experience preferred but not essential. Long term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
