Home Care Nursing Supervisor (RN)
Full-Time or Part-Time
 
Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Nursing Supervisor to join our growing team! This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our caregivers and clients throughout the communities in 
 Duplin, Pender and Onslow counties
 
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight for our private duty home care clients, ensure quality care is delivered, and serve as a resource for caregivers, clients, and families.
 
Responsibilities
  • Complete initial client assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality patient care and compliance with agency policies.
  • Perform client reassessments and update care plans as needed.
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, families, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the hiring, orientation, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies.
  • Document all visits, assessments, and supervisory activities accurately and timely.
  • Assist with client service issues and promote excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Current North Carolina RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
  • Previous home care, home health, hospice, or private duty experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
