Job description

Primary Care RN or LPN - Mercy Clinic Primary Care – 1165 East Cherry

1165 E. Cherry Street Troy, MO 63379

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No weekends or holidays!

**Must complete a minimum of three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.**

LPN Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing

Licensure: Active LPN license

Experience: 2-3 years of experience strongly preferred

RN Qualifications:

Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree

Licensure: Active RN license

Experience: 2-3 years of experience strongly preferred

Highly Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with Epic EMR system.

Timely and thorough patient triage skills.

Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).

Excellent time management and prioritization.
