Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: Full Time 7a-3p

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. All duties must align with professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.

  • Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.

  • Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.

  • Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

  • Current RN license in the state of employment

  • Peripheral IV certification

  • Two years of clinical nursing experience

  • One year of management experience (preferred)

  • One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful
