Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and document changes in health status.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
  • Ensure proper documentation of resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
  • Uphold facility policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
