(New) Nursing license renewal reimbursement - after one year of continuous employment.
Support When You Need It -Our nurses have access to 24/7 clinical support, low nurse-to-patient ratios, and employer-provided malpractice coverage, giving you the resources to provide exceptional care.

Competitive Benefits - Eligible employees receive Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off with PTO and sick leave that starts accruing from day one.
A Team That Knows Your Name - For more than 35 years, Alliance Nursing has remained a locally owned, mission-driven company where nurses are supported, appreciated, and trusted to provide exceptional care in the home.
What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse:
  • Provide skilled, compassionate LPN or RN nursing care for a child with medical complexities

  • Assess and implement care based on each child's unique needs.
  • Document and communicate care plans effectively within a team that values collaboration and excellence.
Who We're Looking For:

About Alliance Nursing:
For over 35 years, Alliance Nursing has been a trusted provider of private-duty nursing for medically fragile children and adults. We offer a unique bridge between hospital and home care, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care in a comfortable, family-centered environment.
Join a team where your nursing skills change lives-one child, one shift, one home at a time.
