Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift (12-Hour Shifts) – New Higher Rates

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for day shift 12-hour schedules with new, higher starting pay rates. RN Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan, including:

    • Medication administration

    • Head-to-toe assessments

    • Wound care

    • Accurate and timely documentation

  • Supervise and support LPNs and Nursing Assistants to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

  • Monitor resident conditions, perform clinical assessments, and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Coordinate care with therapy, social services, dietary, and other departments.

  • Communicate compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

Schedules and Shifts
  • 12-hour day shifts available

  • 8-hour day shift option: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities

  • Every other weekend required
