REGISTERED NURSE RN

Registered Nurse Summary:

Here at Vista Specialty Hospital our Registered Nurse – RN team members provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The Registered Nurse – RN develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The Registered Nurse – RN communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.  The Registered Nurse – RN also participates in the patient discharge planning process.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program

Licenses/Certification: Current RN Licensed issued in the state of facility location.  BLS & ACLS Required. 

Experience: Minimum one (1) year’s recent nursing experience preferred. Ventilator, Telemetry, and/or ICU experience is preferred.
