We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team and deliver high-quality resident care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation

  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
