Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical leadership role in coordinating resident care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care
  • Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor resident conditions, assess health status, and document changes in medical records
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services provided

Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
