Registered Nurse (RN) – Residential Facilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our residential facilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with medical protocols and individual care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, residents, and families to develop and update care plans
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided and residents' health records
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nursing Certification from an Accredited Institution. Individual must be a Registered Nurse and previous experience in a psychiatric residential treatment facility is preferred.
  • Proven experience in residential care, long-term care, or similar healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

We are currently looking for a RN for our Residential Treatment Programs. This nursing position works with at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 18. The Staff Nurse will provide a high standard of care through assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluation of all clients under their care. They are responsible for all day-to-day nursing care to the assigned clients. You will also need a current Pennsylvania License and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Work Hours:

Two - 8-hour shifts Two - 12 hours shifts One day every other weekend.
