Job description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized as a ‘Best Nursing Home’ by U.S. News & World Report. In this role, RNs will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (based on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential

A typical day may involve:

  • Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing participation in the daily life of residents
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
  • Developing and initiating care plans as necessary while overseeing resident care
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A valid RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care
