Registered Nurse (RN)

Crestwood Manor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Whiting, NJ. We are seeking Per Diem RNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our RNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
  • Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status for changes.
  • Provide medications and treatment to residents.
  • Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of any changes or concerns in resident's condition.
  • Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
  • Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
  • Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care.

Education and Experience:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid NJ RN License
  • CPR Certified
  • 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred
