Madison Park Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while helping residents maintain their health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, symptoms, and vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established standards.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, leadership, and other appropriate team members.
  • Educate residents and families regarding care, treatments, and health management.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate resident care with nursing assistants, physicians, therapy, and other departments.
  • Follow infection prevention, safety, regulatory, and facility standards.
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and individual preferences.

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or applicable multistate privilege.
