Compensation: Starting at $40.94- $45.50 (based on experience)

Sign-on Bonus: $15,000  Relocation: $7,500


Shift Differential:

  • Sunday - Thursday Nights - $3.50/hour
  • Friday - Saturday Nights - $6.00/hour
  • Weekend Days $2.50/hour

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic in Valentine, Nebraska is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Medical/Surgical and OB/GYN departments while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families in our rural community.

Position Highlights
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for medical/surgical and OB/GYN patients
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care (as assigned)
  • Perform fetal monitoring and OB assessments when working in Women's Health
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion
  • Respond effectively to changes in patient condition while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license
