The Retail Assistant Manager plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day store operations and leading a medium-sized team of 10 to 25 staff members. This full-time, on-site position involves hands-on management of visual merchandising, staff training, inventory control, and customer service. The Assistant Manager supports the achievement of sales targets by monitoring performance and preparing comprehensive sales and inventory reports, while also fostering a positive and efficient store environment.
