Job description

The Residence Place St-Moritz is looking for a dynamic person who knows how to welcome customers in a professional manner. Main functions: Closely monitors the entry and exit of residents and visitors to ensure the safety of people and premises Responds to visitor and resident requests at reception, by telephone and/or intercom Does data entry Writes letters and memos in French and English Provides excellent customer service at all times Showing the residence to clients without an appointment Any other related tasks Requirements and skills sought: Professional studies diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies (an asset) One year of experience in similar tasks would be an asset Knowledge of SYMO a whole Facilitate working with computer and electronic tools (Word, Excel) Very good knowledge and mastery of spoken and written French and English Be patient and enjoy working with older people Skills to manage multiple tasks at the same time Rigor, professionalism, dynamism, good humor Why join our team?
