Job description

The Role:ย 

As a Welder,ย you will join ourย Manufacturing Teamย and perform intermediate-level welding duties, including structural components and piping, conducting thorough inspections, and troubleshooting minor issues while working with multiple materials.ย ย 

Your Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Perform standard production welds and basic repair weldingย Perform structural welding, piping, and moderate-complexity fabricationย 
  • Independently set up and adjust welding equipmentย 
  • Read and interpret moderately complex engineering drawingsย 
  • Conduct in-process inspections and correct minor defectsย 
  • Select appropriate consumables and welding parametersย 
  • Maintain equipment and ensure work complies with welding codesย 
  • Identify hazards and take corrective action
  • Other duties as assignedย 

Our Requirements:ย ย 

  • Completed formal welding trainingย 
  • 2-5 years hands-on welding experienceย 
  • Holds multiple AWS certifications; qualified for structural and pipe weldingย 
  • Reads and interprets moderately complex drawings; plans basic layouts independentlyย 
  • Skilled in MIG, TIG, Stick processes across multiple positionsย 
  • Experience with stainless steel and aluminumย 
  • Conducts thorough inspections; understands welding codesย 
  • Sets up equipment independently; selects consumablesย 
  • Applies OSHA standards consistently; identifies hazardsย 
  • Works with moderate supervision; makes routine decisionsย 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the futureย 

Pay Rate:ย 20.00 - 25.00
