Production Assembler- North Myrtle Beach
Are you detail-oriented with great hand dexterity and a strong work ethic? Olsten Staffing Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our team asProduction Assemblers! In this role, you'll build high-quality wire harnesses and cable assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Read and follow wire harness and cable assembly instructions.
  • Route, wire, and assemble electronic components using wire layout boards.
  • Perform hand assembly operations according to detailed work instructions.
  • Operate semi-automatic equipment, including crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers.
  • Conduct functional and continuity testing on wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
  • Use a soldering iron to solder wires to connectors.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished products.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous assembly or production experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately.
  • Perform frequent push/pull motions up to 10 pounds.
  • Comfortable working with small components and repetitive hand movements.

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
