We’re growing and looking for detail-driven professionals to join our team as Electronics Final Inspectors! If you take pride in quality, precision, and ensuring products meet the highest standards, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in delivering top-tier electronic assemblies to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform detailed inspections of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct acceptance activities in accordance with quality plans and procedures
  • Complete moderately complex inspections and escalate advanced issues when needed
  • Record inspection results accurately in the MES system
  • Identify and support the disposition of nonconforming materials
  • Report quality concerns and findings to appropriate personnel
  • Use tools such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and x-ray equipment for inspection and measurement
  • Interpret job orders, drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics inspection
  • High school diploma (Associate degree in a technical field preferred)
  • IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications (required)
  • Experience with ERP and MES systems
  • Strong working knowledge of inspection tools and measurement devices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Solid communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
