JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector I
PAY RANGE: $21 - $25 | SHIFT: 1st M-F 8 am - 5 pm

QUICK SUMMARY:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where quality is everything. We're hiring a Quality Inspector to support high-mix, low-volume manufacturing. This role ensures precision parts meet customer specifications through detailed inspections and accurate reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform First Article, in-process, and final inspections
  • Inspect parts to print using hand tools, CMM, and optical comparators
  • Generate inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance
  • Support FAI documentation and customer certification requirements
  • Route parts through secondary processes and ensure on-time flow to shipping
  • Communicate quality issues and status updates with internal teams
  • Follow ISO/AS procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ year of quality inspection experience (manufacturing environment)
  • Blueprint reading and basic GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5)
  • Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
