• We are hiring immediately for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) position.

• Requirement: Prior experience in team lead and/or staff supervisory roles. This role will support the overall training & development of hourly associate performance at dining services locations across campus; Please upload your current resume with application! Daily responsibilities and focus will include:   
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and developing associates while monitoring daily operations to ensure compliance with food safety, service, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support to team members, including training, coaching, mentoring, and creating work schedules to promote service excellence and a positive guest experience.
  • Evaluate employee performance, recognize and reward high performers, and address performance issues when employees fail to meet reasonable performance standards.
• Pay Range:  $22.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.
