Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Retail Manager to oversee and grow all aspects of the organization's ecommerce operations. This role will work closely with the internal operations teams, and client marketing departments to execute online merchandise strategies, product launches, and digital retail initiatives. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and performance of the ecommerce platform, managing online merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory flow, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all digital sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sports and event retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product setup, merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and website maintenance. Coordinate with client marketing teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal merchandise initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a merchandise and ecommerce calendar in partnership with the Retail General Manager and clients. Oversee online product launches from setup through fulfillment readiness.
  • Monitor ecommerce sales performance, inventory levels, and customer purchasing trends to help maximize revenue opportunities. Ensure website product pages remain accurate, organized, and visually consistent. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding ecommerce operations, updates, and performance discussions.
