The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?
  • Assign duties to scheduled team members
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Verify daily and end of month inventory counts for designated areas
  • Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system
  • Enure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
More about you
  • Experience working in a restaurant is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • No college degree required
Physical requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
  • Ability to lift stock to 35 pounds occasionally 
  • May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season
